Trust & Safety
Your safety and confidence are our top priorities
Garage Verification
Every garage on our platform goes through a verification process before appearing in search results. We confirm business registration details, physical address, and specialist credentials. Garages that complete enhanced verification earn a Verified badge on their profile.
Review Integrity
We take review authenticity seriously. All reviews are checked against our guidelines before publication. We use automated systems and manual moderation to detect fake or incentivised reviews. Garage owners can respond publicly to reviews, fostering transparent dialogue.
Transparent Listings
We never accept payment to influence search ranking. Our listings are ordered by relevance, ratings, and completeness — not by who pays the most. Sponsored or featured listings are always clearly labelled.
Reporting Concerns
If you believe a garage listing contains inaccurate information, or if you have a safety concern, please contact us immediately. We investigate all reports within 48 hours and take appropriate action, including removal of listings that violate our standards.
Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information submitted through our forms is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
